This is my story
I’m Manoj Karatha, your family realtor, serving all your real estate needs in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding cities. My passion to deliver each of my customers their dream homes are driven by the love and trust they've placed on me. As I say to my customers, “While you live in your dream home, I want to live in your heart.” I stepped into the real estate industry during early 2000s with the mere passion to know more people and help them settle down, especially the new immigrant families from different parts of the world. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to help hundreds of families happily settle down in Canada. The spark of happiness and satisfaction I see in the eyes of my customers after each sales make me love the real estate field more and more. It bolsters my energy and enforces my belief that I chose the right career path.
What Customer Benefits do I provide? No Buyers Representation Agreement: In my entire real estate career, I have never asked my customers to sign a Buyers Representation Agreement, making them free of choosing another agent, if they do not like my service. Personalized Investment Approach: During my interactions with my prospective customers, I carefully study their needs, likes, dislikes and affordability. This approach helps me suggest a suitable property for the customer and identify the best in a limited time frame – be it a condo, town home, semi/full detached or a custom home. Right Advice at the Right Time: No homes are 100% perfect for a family, there’ll be advantages and limitations. I always ensure I disclose the limitations, more importantly, to the customers before making a purchase decision. After-Sale Customer Service: To me, my customers are not just customers, they are my extended family members. They have the liberty to call me any time for any of their needs, regardless of time or topic. For home issues, I’ve a standby team of contractors/engineers who can attend the issue within no time.
The Happiness and Satisfaction of my customers is the award that I value the most
I’m so fortunate NOT to have a RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario) complaint or a customer complaint in my entire real estate career. Customer delight is of utmost importance to me, everything else is secondary. I strive every day to live up to that promise.
My wish is to walk along my customers as a family member with my head high always. If I’m not genuine and trust worthy, I know, my wish will never come true.
